Our 5-Step Process
These are the 5 simple steps to completing your order with Media Fast:
1. Request a quote from Media Fast for your specific media project.
2. After you've received your quote and are ready to proceed, deliver the masters, artwork, and all other required materials to Media Fast. (It is customary in the media industry to keep at least one backup copy of your artwork, masters, and all other materials for your own files.)
3. Download, print, fill out, and FAX the following forms to our accounting department at: FAX# (801) 756-0707
- Credit Application (PDF)
- Tax Exempt Form (PDF)
- Undertaking to Indemnify (DOC)
- Intellectual Property (DOC)
- IRMA (PDF)
5. Receive the final product. Media Fast will ship your finished product, and guarantees that the product will be 100% free of manufacturer defect.
